What Listing Launch Studio provides

Listing Launch Studio uses AI within ChatGPT to help real estate professionals prepare listing marketing, including flyers, social posts, captions, Reel scripts, shot lists, email copy, and campaign plans.

Available outputs depend on the information you provide, the tools available in your ChatGPT session, and applicable usage limits. Downloadable files and finished videos are provided only when actually created.

The Realtor Hive, LLC provides marketing assistance. We do not act as your brokerage, attorney, lender, or compliance reviewer.

Access and third-party services

You need access to ChatGPT to use the plugin. Your use of ChatGPT is subject to OpenAI’s applicable terms, policies, account requirements, and usage limits.

Listing Launch Studio is included among The Realtor Hive’s membership resources and may also be made publicly accessible. Using the plugin does not enroll you in a paid membership or authorize a membership charge.

Any separate purchase from The Realtor Hive is governed by the terms presented for that purchase.

Your information and permissions

You are responsible for the information and materials you submit.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use property photos, videos, logos, headshots, listing information, and other materials. This includes any necessary permission from photographers, property owners, brokerages, and other rights holders.

Do not submit confidential client documents, passwords, access codes, sensitive financial information, or personal information that is unnecessary for the marketing task.

Uploading materials does not transfer ownership of those materials to The Realtor Hive, LLC.

Permission to use your finished marketing

You may customize, download, print, publish, and share the marketing materials generated for your listings and professional business, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and the terms governing ChatGPT.

You may add your authorized agent and brokerage branding and share the finished materials with clients, your brokerage, and service providers helping produce or distribute your campaign.

This permission applies to finished marketing outputs. It does not grant ownership of Listing Launch Studio’s underlying instructions, reference materials, templates, branding, or workflow.

You may not copy or redistribute the underlying plugin package, instructions, or reference library, or sell them as your own product, without our written permission.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated materials are unique, eligible for copyright protection, or free from third-party rights.

Review before publication

AI can make mistakes, omit information, or generate unsupported statements. All outputs require your review before use.

You are responsible for verifying:

• Property facts, pricing, availability, and listing status.
• Open house dates, times, and locations.
• Agent, brokerage, lender, and licensing information.
• School, HOA, neighborhood, amenity, and local business claims.
• Photo accuracy and any required virtual staging disclosures.
• Links, QR codes, contact information, and required advertising disclosures.

A request for approval within the plugin is a workflow checkpoint. It is not legal, brokerage, MLS, or regulatory approval.

Advertising and professional responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining required approvals and following applicable laws, MLS rules, brokerage policies, fair housing requirements, intellectual property rights, and advertising standards.

Do not use the plugin to create deceptive advertisements, fabricate property features, misrepresent financing, unlawfully discriminate, or imply an endorsement or partnership that has not been authorized.

Any lender participation or co-marketing requires the appropriate permissions and compliance review. Using Listing Launch Studio does not require you to use or refer business to any lender or other service provider.

No automatic publication

Creating a campaign does not mean it has been posted, emailed, texted, or otherwise distributed.

Any connected action requires the necessary tool access and your authorization. You remain responsible for reviewing the materials and confirming the intended audience before distribution.

Availability and results

Listing Launch Studio is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free outputs, specific file formats, permanent download availability, or compatibility with every ChatGPT plan or device.

We do not guarantee engagement, leads, offers, sales, search rankings, or other business results.

Save your own copies of materials you wish to retain.

Privacy

Our handling of plugin-related support information is described in the Listing Launch Studio Privacy Policy.

OpenAI’s handling of information within ChatGPT is governed by its applicable policies and agreements.

Limits on liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Realtor Hive, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the plugin, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses resulting from publication of inaccurate or unapproved materials.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes and discontinuation

We may update, modify, or discontinue the plugin or its features. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Changes to a separate paid membership remain subject to the terms governing that membership.

Relationship to other Realtor Hive terms

These terms apply specifically to Listing Launch Studio. If other Realtor Hive terms conflict with the permission in Section 4 to customize and publish finished listing marketing, these plugin-specific terms control for that use.

Separate membership, purchase, and service agreements otherwise continue to apply to the offerings they govern.
