TERMS OF USE & PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
The Realtor Hive
Updates Effective Date: March 2, 2026
This Terms of Use & Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) governs access to and participation in The Realtor Hive platform, website, app, materials, community, programs, and sponsorship offerings (collectively, the “Platform”).
By creating an account, logging in, accessing materials, or submitting payment, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
Participation includes creating an account and logging into the Platform.
This Agreement applies to all users, including Realtor Members and Loan Officer Sponsors.
Intellectual Property Ownership
All branding, systems, frameworks, scripts, templates, downloads, AI prompts, workflows, sponsor models, app structures, pricing structures, educational materials, and proprietary methodologies are the exclusive property of The Realtor Hive.
Access grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal business use only.
No ownership rights are transferred.
Non-Replication & Non-Competition
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or resell Platform materials
Reverse engineer or extract proprietary systems
Create, assist in creating, or participate in developing a competing app, coaching platform, sponsorship model, or accountability community
Duplicate The Realtor Hive’s structure, frameworks, or methodologies
These restrictions apply during participation and for five (5) years following termination.
Violation triggers:
$500,000 liquidated damages per violation
Immediate injunctive relief
Recovery of attorneys’ fees and legal costs
Individual Login & Access
Each account is licensed to one (1) individual only.
You may not:
Share login credentials
Provide access to assistants, team members, brokerages, or third parties
Upload materials to shared drives
Forward proprietary downloads
Unauthorized sharing will result in immediate termination without refund.
Confidentiality
All materials, internal discussions, sponsor structures, pricing arrangements, business strategies, and proprietary systems are confidential.
You may not disclose, distribute, post, or share Platform materials without written consent.
No Guarantees & Earnings Disclaimer
The Platform provides education, strategy, marketing visibility, and community support only.
The Realtor Hive does not guarantee:
Listings
Closings
Income
Production increases
Referrals
ROI
Results depend solely on individual effort, follow-through, professionalism, and market conditions.
Professional & Regulatory Responsibility
The Realtor Hive is not:
A real estate brokerage
A compliance department
A legal, tax, or financial advisor
Participants are solely responsible for compliance with:
State licensing laws
Brokerage policies
NMLS compliance
RESPA compliance
Federal and state regulations
Advertising laws
MLS rules
The Platform provides no regulatory supervision or legal advice.
Realtor Member Provisions
Realtor Members acknowledge:
All materials are for personal business use only
Materials may not be rebranded, resold, or redistributed
Membership does not grant ownership rights
Login access may not be shared
Members may not create derivative communities using Hive systems or frameworks.
Loan Officer Sponsor Provisions
If you participate as a Loan Officer Sponsor, the following additional terms apply:
Term & Pricing
Your sponsorship term and pricing are defined in your invoice or written agreement.
If not otherwise stated, sponsorship is a twelve (12) month commitment.
Payment Obligations
All payments are non-refundable.
Failure to pay accelerates the remaining balance due under the agreed term.
Confidential Pricing
Sponsor pricing arrangements are confidential and may not be disclosed.
Sponsor Responsibility
Sponsors are solely responsible for:
Agent relationship management
Follow-up and communication
Production outcomes
Lending compliance
The Realtor Hive does not guarantee referrals or production.
No Solicitation of Non-Assigned Agents
Sponsors may only communicate with agents assigned to them.
Sponsors may not:
Contact agents assigned to another Sponsor
Market to non-assigned Hive agents
Use Hive membership information externally
Violation results in:
Immediate termination
Acceleration of twelve (12) months of sponsorship fees
Additional legal remedies if applicable
Personal Guaranty
If Sponsor operates under an LLC or company, the individual signing personally guarantees all obligations under this Agreement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Realtor Hive, its founders, affiliates, sponsors, and representatives from any claims, regulatory actions, fines, disputes, losses, or damages arising from:
Your business activities
Licensing violations
Advertising violations
NMLS violations
RESPA violations
Improper use of Platform materials
This obligation survives termination.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in Texas.
The Company may elect binding arbitration.

Liquidated Damages
Payment Obligations
Confidentiality
Indemnification
Personal Guaranty
Acceptance
By creating an account, logging in, or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.
