How do I start a listing campaign?
Open Listing Launch Studio in ChatGPT and type:
It will walk you through the info it needs. You can also ask for an Open House Kit, a Coming Soon Kit, or a refresh for an existing listing.
What should I upload?
Start with real property photos, verified listing details, standout features, and your agent and brokerage info. Add your headshot, brokerage logo, and confirmed open house details when you have them.
Only upload materials you have permission to use.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. In the same conversation, tell Listing Launch Studio exactly what you want changed. For example:
Review and approve the flyer before moving on to the rest of the campaign.
Why am I getting copy instead of downloadable graphics?
File and image creation depend on the ChatGPT tools in your session and your usage limits. If a tool isn't available, the plugin may give you design-ready copy and layouts instead.
It should clearly tell you which files were actually created.
A download link isn't working. What should I do?
Go back to the original conversation and ask Listing Launch Studio to recreate the file. Download your files right away and save your own copies.
If it keeps happening, email us with the file name and the error message.
Does it make finished Reels?
The standard campaign includes Reel filming guides: word-for-word scripts, shot lists, captions, and a suggested posting order. You or your videographer record and edit the videos.
Can you see my listing uploads or ChatGPT conversation?
No. The Realtor Hive, LLC doesn't receive or separately store your listing info or photos through this plugin. We can't see your conversation unless you choose to share it with us.
If you email support, we receive the info and attachments you include.
Who checks the marketing before it's published?
You do. Review property facts, pricing, dates, images, contact info, and disclosures. Get any required brokerage approvals, and confirm everything follows MLS rules and advertising requirements.
What if the problem is with my ChatGPT account?
For ChatGPT login, billing, account access, or platform issues, visit the OpenAI Help Center. The Realtor Hive can't access or change your ChatGPT account.
How we handle what you send
We use the info you send to respond to your support request. Support emails and attachments are kept for up to 12 months after your request is resolved, then deleted, unless longer retention is legally required.
You can ask us to delete them sooner by emailing [email protected].
