I’ve always believed that the work we do matters — because behind every loan is a family, a dream, and a future. That’s why I’m proud to be part of the CrossCountry Mortgage team and to contribute to the journey that’s brought CCM to #1.

My CCM Story

When I joined CrossCountry Mortgage, I was looking for a company that didn’t just close loans, but cared about people — both clients and partners. I found that here.

CCM was founded in 2003 in Cleveland by Ron Leonhardt, with one simple mission: to create a better, faster, and more transparent way for people to buy homes. Over the years, we’ve grown, adapted, and innovated — but that mission has never changed.

Today, we’re more than 7,000 employees in 700+ branches across all 50 states, D.C., and Puerto Rico. What hasn’t changed is the culture of loyalty and integrity that started on day one.

Why CCM is Different

Every lender can talk about rates and programs. What makes CCM stand out is how we treat people — and the solutions we offer to fit real lives.

We offer over 120 loan programs, including conventional, jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA, and even our own proprietary options. But we also go further — creating flexible solutions for self-employed borrowers, investors, foreign nationals, and anyone who doesn’t fit the “perfect” lending box.

These programs are managed in-house, which means more control and more ability to say “yes” when others say “no.” That’s a big deal for clients and agents alike.
