Realtor Hive Terms of Service

Welcome to Realtor Hive! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Realtor Hive mobile and web applications, services, content, and features (collectively, the “Service”) provided by The Realtor Hive LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and a licensed real estate professional or invited affiliate by "The Jenns" to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Community Standards

To maintain a safe and professional space, all users agree to:

  • Treat all members with respect and professionalism.

  • Refrain from spamming, soliciting, or sharing misleading information.

  • Not share login credentials or proprietary content outside of the community.

  • You agree not to replicate, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or use any part of the Realtor Hive app—including its structure, design, content, and proprietary resources—for your own business, services, or platforms, whether in whole or in part.

  • Use the platform only for educational, marketing, and business development purposes aligned with real estate industry standards.

3. Content Ownership & Usage

All materials, resources, templates, videos, and other content provided through the Service are the property of The Realtor Hive or its partners and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or repurpose content without express permission. Any custom co-branded materials must be used in compliance with RESPA guidelines. 

4. Loan-Related Disclaimers

While we provide general education on loan programs through our sponsored loan officers, all financing scenarios should be discussed with a licensed mortgage loan originator. Nothing within the app constitutes legal or financial advice.

5. Account Access & Termination

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or act in a way that disrupts the community or violates industry compliance standards.

6. Subscription & Access

Access to certain features may require a paid subscription or active participation in a business partnership. We reserve the right to change access levels or pricing at our discretion at any time.

7. Privacy

8. Modifications
