❓ Why Is There a Cost?

 Great question—and one we take seriously.

💼 1. We’re legally required to

Under RESPA (Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act), we as loan officers can’t give “things of value” to agents in exchange for business.

So templates, coaching, or strategy tools must either be paid for by you—or sponsored by a loan officer.

RESPA Section 8(a): “No person shall give and no person shall accept any fee, kickback, or thing of value pursuant to any agreement or understanding… that business… shall be referred to any person.”

💸 2. Skin in the game = better results

 Time and again, we’ve seen that agents who invest—even just $10-$15/month—take their business more seriously.
